ZICUSO BC WOMEN’S SUPPORT PROGRAM
Unlocking Potential, One Woman at a Time
The Women’s Support Program is a community-led and culturally responsive initiative designed to empower women—both young and adult—through responsible citizenship, leadership development, and the cultivation of meaningful life skills. The program emphasizes personal growth, community engagement, and social inclusion by aligning its activities with the diverse cultural identities and lived experiences of women.

When She Believes, She Achieves
This program creates safe, inclusive, and empowering environments for women by leveraging community strengths and fostering long-term capacity building. It aims to strengthen the voice, agency, and leadership of women, especially those from marginalized or underrepresented backgrounds. By promoting self-awareness, skill-building, and social connectedness, the program supports women in becoming active contributors to their families, communities, and society at large.
