PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to provide delivery to everyone at this time due to limited resources and volunteers, if you still require delivery due to special circumstances please call (604) 315-4921 or email admin@zimbc.ca
The venue will be busy with other events so please note that people who come to collect will collect and leave immediately as we will have a small space to operate from. The other restrictions still apply i.e. a person can only collect for two other families and each individual is allowed to go into the collection space only once with no exceptions.

September 2024 Grocery Ordering
•Our new Purchasing System called Odoo is now live.
•More time is allowed in September to provide enough time for all members to activate their account
•All orders are now placed through this new system
Deadline for ordering is FRIDAY 20th September
PLACING YOUR ORDER USING ODOO ACCOUNT
- If your account is active, use the following link to access your activated Odoo account. https://zicusobc2.odoo.com/web/login
- After you login, please check that your account details are correct.
- Select “Shop” from the top of the screen to see the grocery items displayed. Use the list to select your items.
- Please note if you are a small family and you order large items, your order will be deleted. If you place two orders for the same address, both orders will be deleted.
- Only order 1 unit per item displayed. If you order more than one unit, the order will be deleted because it is an invalid order
- Follow all steps in the following diagram so that your order becomes a valid order
